Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed pasta over the sauce in the dish.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
  9. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
