Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the meat mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
  5. Roll the meat into a log shape using the parchment paper.
  6. Place the rolled meatloaf on a baking sheet.
