Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
- Roll the meat into a log shape using the parchment paper.
- Place the rolled meatloaf on a baking sheet.
- Top with ketchup.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest before slicing.
