  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dredge the stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
