- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge the stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve.

- For extra flavor, add herbs to the cheese mixture.
