Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
  4. Layer pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  6. Place stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Cut slits on top for steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
