A delicious stromboli filled with meats and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
- Layer pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Place stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Cut slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can customize the filling to your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
