- 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 cup corn, grilled or canned

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer cooked rice in a bowl.
- Add grilled chicken on top of the rice.
- Top with corn mixture and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
- Serve immediately.
