Description
Delicious strawberry truffles made with fresh strawberries and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the strawberry puree to the mixture and blend well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- For a different flavor, you can add a splash of liqueur.
