Description

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.

  4. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 150°C (hard crack stage).
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few seconds.
  7. Dip each skewer into the syrup, coating the strawberries.
  8. Place on parchment paper to cool and harden.
