- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer ladyfinger cookies at the bottom of your serving glasses.
- Add a layer of strawberries on top of the cookies.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
