Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture.
  7. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool completely.
  10. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  11. Slice the cake and layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
