Ingredients

- 1 cup milk

- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Cool the cakes completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Layer cake, strawberries, and cream.
- Top with remaining strawberries and serve.
