Description
A refreshing strawberry sago dessert that is light and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and add sago pearls. Cook until translucent, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add cooked sago and chopped strawberries to the coconut mixture. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra strawberries on top.
- Adjust sugar to taste based on strawberry sweetness.
- Can be made a day ahead.
