Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Add diced strawberries and stir well.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
