Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.

  3. Dissolve the gelatin in water and add to the mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.
  8. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
