Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Add sliced strawberries and gently mix.
  8. Pour the strawberry mixture into the cooled crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
