Description
A unique twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich using strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded cheese and sliced strawberries on top.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese for different flavors.
- Try adding a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra taste.
