Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree, yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until thickened.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
- Use frozen strawberries for a quicker chill time.
