Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries by washing and hulling them.
  2. Crush the strawberries in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice to the crushed strawberries, stir well.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix fruit pectin with water according to package instructions.
  6. Combine the pectin mixture with the strawberry mixture, stir for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour the jam into clean containers, leaving space at the top.
  8. Seal the containers and freeze.
