Description
This strawberry crunch recipe combines sweet strawberries with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, the remaining sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Spread the strawberries in a baking dish.
- Top the strawberries with the crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
