- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberry crunch cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in crushed strawberry crunch cereal into the cream cheese mixture.
- Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, shaping it into a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
