A delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and strawberry puree, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then let it cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for better texture.
