Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add softened butter, milk, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in crushed strawberries and vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then top with crushed cookies.
