Description

Delicious strawberry cream chocolates with a rich chocolate coating.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g fresh strawberries
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Puree the strawberries and strain to remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract.
  4. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Let the chocolates set in the fridge for 1 hour.
