Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g fresh strawberries
- 50g cream cheese
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Puree the strawberries and strain to remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolates set in the fridge for 1 hour.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store in a cool place.
