Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add chopped strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and combine.
  5. Cut the puff pastry into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each pastry square.
  7. Fold the pastry over to make a triangle and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.
