- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add chopped strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and combine.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to make a triangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute cream cheese with mascarpone.
