Delicious strawberry cream cheese rolls made with fresh strawberries and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut pastry into squares and place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and chopped strawberries in the center.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
