Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Roll out the pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
