- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
