Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread sliced strawberries and brown sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
