Description

Strawberry cheesecake is a creamy dessert with a graham cracker crust and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool.
  10. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
