A delicious strawberry cheesecake poke cake, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of strawberry puree
- 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the cake.
- Mix the strawberry puree and pour it over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
