Description

A delightful layered dessert with strawberries, cream cheese, and a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  7. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Add sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry puree.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
