A delicious strawberry cheesecake French toast that combines sweet strawberries and creamy cheesecake.

- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with sliced strawberries and place the other slices of bread on top.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with extra strawberries if desired.
Notes
- Use thick bread for better results.
- Fresh strawberries work best.
- Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
