- 1 pound strawberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it cool slightly.
- Fold the gelatin into the whipped cream.
- Line a mold with ladyfingers.
- Layer the strawberries and cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- For a firmer texture, increase gelatin slightly.
