Delicious strawberry cake truffles made with fresh strawberries and cake crumbs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberry cake crumbs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix strawberry cake crumbs and pureed strawberries.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter together.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and coat with sprinkles.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet to set.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container.
- These truffles can be frozen for later use.
