- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, strawberries, and banana.
- Spread the mixture between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
