- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Add the Stove Top stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir gently.
