- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve chicken over rice, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
