Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place pork ribs in a baking dish and cover with the sauce mixture.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
