Description

Sticky Asian pork ribs are tender, flavorful, and coated in a sweet and savory glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place pork ribs in a baking dish and cover with the sauce mixture.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce.
  • Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
