A simple and flavorful recipe for steak cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of beef steak
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the steak on top of the onions.
- Add the garlic, carrots, and potatoes around the steak.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- You can adjust the vegetables according to your preference.
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
