Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.

  4. Add the garlic, carrots, and potatoes around the steak.
  5. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak and vegetables.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
