Instructions
- Prepare the stew meat by cutting it into bite-sized pieces (1 to 1.5 inches).
- Marinate the meat in a bowl with soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for better flavor).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated meat in a single layer.
- Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, then reduce heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the cooked steak bites to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
