Description
A delicious homemade version of the Steak and Shake garlic double steakburger.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 slices American cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into two patties.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.

- Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
