Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  3. Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into a cake ball.
  8. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate to coat.
  9. Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
  10. Let them set until the chocolate hardens.
