Description
A spicy and tangy pasta salad with a kick from Sriracha.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix Sriracha and olive oil.
- Add cooled pasta to the bowl.
- Incorporate cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro.
- Toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha quantity to your spice preference.
- Can be served cold or at room temperature.
