Description
A sweet and floral jelly made from dandelion flowers, perfect for springtime spreads.
Ingredients

- 4 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Rinse dandelion petals to remove any dirt.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes, then strain the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid, stirring well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add sugar gradually, stirring continuously.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals, avoiding green parts.
- Store jelly in a cool, dark place.
- Enjoy on toast or as a dessert topping.
