- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple juice, and ground cloves.
- Brush the mixture over the ham.
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
