- 250g pasta
- 300g spinach
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, spinach, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the spinach with other greens like kale.
- For a vegetarian version, ensure the marinara sauce is meat-free.
- Add herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor.
