Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella Delight

Description

Delicious spinach garlic meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and form the meat around it to seal.
  5. Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
  6. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara sauce.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
