Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked spinach, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
