- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk.
- Add black pepper, salt, and garlic powder to the mixture.
- Mix well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
