A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen.
- This dip can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
