- 1 cup cooked spinach, drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the filling is heated through.
- Serve warm.
