Description
A delicious spicy yogurt marinated chicken served with a dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons spicy paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, spicy paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- While the potatoes cook, grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine feta cheese, dill, and lemon juice to make the cream.
- Serve the chicken with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.
